What materials are used in SamsGazebos products?
We exclusively use high-quality, North American rot-resistant woods such as Western Red Cedar and Douglas Fir, ensuring your gazebo or bridge withstands the elements for years.
How are the garden structures shipped?
Due to their size, most structures are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. Smaller items like garden bridges or decor are shipped via standard ground carriers. All items are securely crated to prevent damage.
Do the gazebos and bridges come pre-assembled?
To ensure safe transit and lower shipping costs, our products are shipped as easy-to-assemble kits. We include comprehensive instructions and all necessary hardware for a smooth setup process.
Can I customize the dimensions of a bridge or gazebo?
Yes! As we handcrafted each piece in our California workshop, we can often accommodate custom sizing or design modifications. Please contact our support team for a custom quote.
What is your return policy for large garden structures?
We accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and return shipping fees apply.
Do I need to apply a sealant or stain to the wood?
While our cedar and Douglas fir are naturally durable, we highly recommend applying a UV-rated outdoor sealant or stain annually to maintain the vibrant color and extend the life of the wood.
